How to Exhibit


A limited number of tables are available for display and sales at Seeking Connection at the Sheraton Toronto Airport Hotel and Conference Centre in Toronto, Ontario, Canada. The expected attendance is five hundred people.

A covered 6' x 30" table with two chairs (or equivalent space if you have your own set up) costs USD$250 for display-only tables and USD$350 for tables that sell merchandise and does not include meals or participating in the conference. (If you would like to participate in the conference, please register for the conference and any other institutes or programs separately. Those who register as a full-tuition conference participant will receive a discount of USD$100 off the exhibitor fee).

NOTE: SDI has a customs broker available for non-Canadian sales tables to ensure your items arrive on time and all duty taxes and faciliate border procedures.

The space is not secured; you will need to protect valuables. SDI is not liable for any losses, damages, or claims. Conference exhibitors can set-up on Thursday afternoon, 20 April 2017. Conference exhibitors enjoy the benefit of discounted hotel room rates; when registering for a hotel room, mention Spiritual Directors International to receive the discount.

Exhibition Area Hours:
You may choose how and when you staff your table. If you are also registered for the conference, you may staff your table when there are no sessions taking place (when the highest number of participants is in the exhibition area). If you are not registered for the conference, you may choose to eat and rest when participants are in session.

Reservations will be accepted on a first-come, first-served basis. Your table is reserved when SDI has received payment in full. For the past two years, tables have sold out with a waitlist.
