A limited number of tables are available for display and sales at the Spiritual Directors International in Europe Conference: Dublin, Ireland. The Conference is being held at the Regency Hotel Conference Centre, Swords Road, Dublin, 16-18 October, 2009. The expected attendance is more than 100 people. The Spiritual Directors International Conference runs its own bookstore, and exhibit tables will be located in the same general area.
A covered table with two chairs (or equivalent space if you have your own setup) costs USD$100.00 for informational display tables (e.g., theology schools, retreat centers, associations), and USD$200.00 for tables that sell merchandise (e.g. spiritual artwork, books, candles, etc.).The space is not secured, so you will need to protect valuables. Conference exhibitors can set-up early Friday morning, 16 October, 2009, beginning at 7 a.m.
