Rose Mary Dougherty, SSND, is a Senior Fellow for Spiritual Guidance at Shalem Institute, Bethesda, Maryland, USA, and currently serves at Joseph’s House, a hospice for formerly homeless men who have AIDS. She offers retreats and group spiritual direction for hospice caregivers, and is the author of Discernment: A Path to Spiritual Awakening, Group Spiritual Direction, and the editor of The Lived Experience of Group Spiritual Direction. She is a sensei (teacher) in the lineage of the White Plum Sangha.
Vivian Feintech, DMin, is a spiritual director, educator, and licensed marriage and family therapist. She lives in Los Angeles, California, USA, where she companions individuals on their spiritual journey and facilitates groups to share collective wisdom in community.
