Rabbi Amy Eilberg is the first woman ordained as a Conservative rabbi by the Jewish Theological Seminary of America. She has worked in pastoral care, hospice, and more recently, in interfaith and inter-group work. A founding co-director of the Morei Derekh Training Program for Jewish Spiritual Direction, she had the honor of serving as the conference spiritual director for the SDI conference in Boston, Massachusetts, USA, in 2012.

Carol Ann Fournier, MS, NCC, is the director and founder of the Silver Dove Institute in Burlington, Vermont, USA. She trains interfaith spiritual directors and counselors internationally. A retreat director and author, she lives in Vermont, USA.
