SDI Learns from ... Lance Ng and Nita Ng
Lance Ng and Nita Ng share their perspectives on contemplation, silence, and spiritual awakening.
1. What has happened in your life that made you feel settled? How did it give you hope
2. How has clarity arisen in your life when you have prayed or meditated?
3. When you hear the saying, “without emptiness, how can we experience fullness?” what resonates with you? How has a difficult time in your life made you feel more alive.
Born in Singapore to ethnic Chinese parents, Lance Ng earned a master of arts in spiritual direction from the University of Divinity in Melbourne, Victoria, Australia. Ng is involved in the ministry and service of spiritual direction, formation, and retreats in Australia and Singapore as a spiritual director and social entrepreneur. Prior to offering spiritual direction, he held management roles in the area of technology commercialization, manufacturing, and the oil and gas business.
